I have spoken with Dick Taylor but have no idea what happened to the drummer Tony Chapman after. I know he went on to play briefly in the Herd, but after that the scent goes dead. You can listen to both the original and the Stones version (83 songs) The website is extended now, after many requests, with covered on bootlegs outtakes and live (an extra 67 songs !). One fine example is: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=flD2f5vcuEo There are so many great Jimmy Reed songs on Stones bootlegs and outtakes (only one on a regular album: Honest I do). Furthermore much Muddy Waters and many others. For people who only listened to regular albums this might a very pleasant experience, there are some real gems there. The lists are very wel documented, you find the important link and a literature list on the website. There were many songs from which is known that they were covered by the Stones but I simply could not find them yet. I could use your help here !
