The best songs on this album, once again rushed out while he continued to fine-tune his followup LP, are terrific: "Queen In The Black," "These Three Words," "If She Breaks Your Heart." But there's a lot of so-so filler here ("Sailing," "Each Others Throat," the title cut). (DBW)
